Minsky’s offers live comedy drag entertainment every Friday & Saturday night, we cater for all age groups from 18 - 80 making it the ideal venue for you hen night, birthday, anniversary, works night out etc.
Situated in the centre of Cardiff, Minsky’s has been entertaining audiences for over 16 years. We are open Monday to Saturday from 12 noon so, whether you’re in town shopping or on a lunch break why not pop in for a coffee and fresh baguette or something from our lunchtime menu, everything is freshly cooked to order. We also offer free wi-fi to keep you connected.
When you arrive you will be greeted by our resident hostess, the ever glamorous Miss Babs from 8pm. 8:30pm sees the arrival of our very own blond bombsite Miss Tina Sparkle as she takes her place in the DJ Box and will start proceedings with some comedy banter and read out your dedications & requests*
9:30pm sees our resident live drag take to the stage to entertain you with comedy routines, gags and songs to get you really in the party mood, each spot is around 20 minutes with a 15 minute break in-between with our resident DJ. Our shows finish around 12:30am.
Our shows always involve our audience members, so the star of the show could be you! Dedications and requests can be submitted on the night or in advance by emailing us at info@minskys-showbar.com
We always work hard not to increase our prices, we are pleased that our standard door price will remain at £3 (which it has been since the day we opened in 1996). We have fantastic drinks promotions running at all times including our famous Cocktail pitchers.

The Balcony - £175.00 (Admission for up to 35 people
with sole use of the balcony for your party)
The Split Level £85.00 (Admission for up to 16 people
with the sole use of this area for your party)
The above fixed price packages are not available on Girls Night Out Shows or between November 23rd & 31st December 2012
All bookings with seating or buffets must be pre booked, we accept provisional bookings by calling 029 2023 3128, however your booking will not be guaranteed until full payment is made no later than seven days prior to the night of show.

Pay on the Door
You can always pay £3.00 on the door on the night for standing tickets, although this will always be subject to how busy we are and we cannot always guarantee entry.
